At the time, my only brother Mike was awaiting a heart transplant at his home near Nashville Tennessee - he had suffered a second heart attack over a year earlier and was still waiting on the transplant list. This was a portion of a video we made for him of our visit, planning on giving it to him later because he was unable to travel. The looming transplant operation weighed heavily on my mom. Mike underwent a successful transplant operation about 2 months after this video was filmed. The new heart would provide him with an additional 16 years of life. Mike died in July 2008.
